SUBJECT Proposed Briefing of DD/S&T by
1. Last week I forwarded a proposal through you to
Mr. Duckett for to brief DD/S&T on 18 November.
As you may know, we have been after for the past year
to give us a briefing along the same lines that
gave to the DD/S&T officers. When
- and -visited Mr. Duckett recently
agreed to give the briefing "in a few weeks. " I ned him down
to a date of 18 November. I understand that e F 'da - a er-
noon Staff meeting might be the appropriate time or
to give his briefing. If the 18th is not a ropriate, would you
suggest a date so that I may alert who has been check-
ing with me at intervals as to the final determination of the
date.
