SUBJECT: Space Panel of 28-29 July
1. As requested, I contacted all the members
of the Space Panel and the following plan to attend
the meeting to be held in the Los Angeles area at

2. As I mentioned to you the other day, Dr. Wheelon
asked that a cable be sent to to arrange for the use
of their conference room facilities for the Space Panel
meetings. I talked to 0 by telephone and
followed up with a cable to this effect. =was also
advised that no courtesies were desired, and it would
not be necessary for any participation on their part in
these meetings.

3. The meeting will start at 0900 on Thursday,
28 July, and is expected to end on Friday at noon.
Tentative arrangements call for a dinner party on
Thursday evening. When the agenda is completed,
Dr. Wheelon would like to sign off on it.
