1. This document constitutes Am 1 to Contract
No. O- TR-1921 between I lan.d the United 25X1A
States of America.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled
"CHANGES" and mutual agreement between the parties hereto,
it is in the interest of the Government to amend the contract
as follows:
a. Pending establishment of fixed rates for the
period commencing 1 July 1966 the contractor shall
be paid at the provisional rates stated in APPENDIX
I for services performed on and after 1 July 1966.
b. Paragraph 3. in SECTION B - CONSIDERATION
ANJ PAYMENT, of the contract schedule is deleted and
Paragraphs 3.a. and 3.b., below, are substituted
therefor:
"3.a. For the purpose of this contract there has
been allotted the following amounts:
Period Amount
(1) 1 December 1965 through 30 June 1966
(2) 1 July 1966 through 30 June 1967
* Contingent upon the availability of funds for this purpose
during the Government's Fiscal Year 1967. This amount re-
presents approximately one-half of the estimated funding for
FY-67. "'

"3.b. The total amounts payable to the Contractor
under this contract for the periods stated in Paragraph
3.a., above, shall not exceed the amounts stated for said
periods without written authorization. from the Contracting
Officer. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting
Officer when 85% of the total allotted funds for a current
period have been expended."
c. The expiration date stated in. SECTION C-PERIOD
OF PERFORMANCE, in the contract schedule is extended to
30 June 1967.
3. All other terms and conditions of Contract No.
O-TR-1921 remain unchanged.
4. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 1
to Contract No. O-TR-1921 and your acceptance thereof by
executing the original and two copies of this amendment.
Return the fully executed original and one copy to the
undersigned and retain the remaining copy for your files.
