1. This document constitutes Con-
tract No. O-TR-1951 between and 25X1A
the United States of America.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled
"CHANGES" and mutual agreement between the parties hereto,
it is in the interest of the Government to amend the contract
as follows:
Paragraph 3 in SECTION B - CONSIDERATION AND
PAYMENT, of the Contract Schedule, is deleted in
its entirety and paragraphs 3,a. and 3.b., below,
are substituted therefore:
"3. a. For the purpose of this contract there
has been allotted the following amounts:
Period Amount
1 December 1965 - 30 June 1966 $15,000.00
1 July 1966 - 30 June 1967 8,000.00
3. b. The total amounts payable to the Con-
tractor under this contract for the periods stated
in Paragraph 3.a. above shall not exceed the amounts
stated for said periods without written authorization
from the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall
notify the Contracting Officer when 85% of the total
allotted funds for a current period have been ex-
pended."
3. All other terms and conditions of Contract No.
O-TR-1921, as amended, remain unchanged and in effect.
4. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 4
to Contract No. O-TR-1921 and your acceptance thereof by

executing the original and two copies of the amendment.
Return the fully executed original and one copy to the under-
signed and retain the remaining copy for your files.
