1. (Unclassified - JGO) Reviewed with Mr. Martin Convisser,
International Division, BOB, the comments of the Department of
Defense on the Agency's legislative package and agreed to three minor
technical changes suggested by DOD. --Mr. Convisser assured me that
the BOB letter back to the Agency approving the legislation would be
expedited.
