1. I don't have too much trouble with this except that it is
not consistent and reads a little bit like a wish book.

2. This Appandx says that mission oriented regoxting
lends itself to neat management. This is contrary to the appendix
on backlogs. F'urthex, it says that finished intelligence support
exploitation is hard to schedule and manage because it tends to
be ad hoc in nature. The work load paper in contrast indicated
that this was a lot of level of effort operation. In any event,
production schedules for NlE's, CtG. , axe published .and don't
change a great deal.
3. I dust can't buy the Section 5 material at all. This does
not appear to be in general a summary or consensus from the
preceding ma#erial, but rather just sort of leaps of# into apace.
It probably is unrealistic in many areas also.
4. A great deal of the paper refers to automatic data
handling processing, etc. , as the Great Solution. I think a little
bit of grey should be dabbed on to thi$ white hope in view of the
rather tragic experiences many have had in this ax~-a.
