25X1 A MEMORANDUM FOR:
In general, I have made only editorial types of corrections
which I feel may improve the clarity. In the section on National
Imagery Exploitation Information Base, I have a whole bunch
of problems. however, because this should be exactly consistent
with the story told in the Appendix L. I would think that this
entire part ought to be rewritten after a decision is made on
Appendix L. As now written. the concepts support only Option
1. and a considerable amount of rethinking would be required,
particularly on the procedures for the maintenance of the base
to accommodate Options Z or 3.
