MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for Science and Technology
I believe that the procurement people in OZ, would find the
material which we have put together describing how the contract
information is entered in our automatic processing system both
interesting and helpful; for example, they supply the name of the
negotiator and the date of the negotiation in our data bank, as well
as other bits and pieces. If you have no objection, I will ask
25X1 25X1A to keep informed and make draft copies
of some of this is material available. If you wish, this could also be
made available to TSD, COMMO. etc. If a number of other
elements are to be informed, it may be preferable to make at
least initial distribution in a more formal fashion via the
Executive Director. etc.
