MEMORANDUM FOR:
1. We need to indicate specifically to OCS the amount of
support which we think we will need over the next five years.
I would like to provide Briggs with two categories:
a. "For Certain List" and a "Probable List". The
For Certain List is essentially the ADP runs which we have
listed on the calendar chart and presumes about 500 contracts.
The hard side of our input ought to expend these numbers and
distributions appropriately to accommodate DDS&T NRO
contracts.

b. On the probability side, we should lash in all the
other contracts for R&D in the Agency. I have some numbers
for this which we can use. It will increase the number of con-
tracts by~or so. In the probable area, we should also con-
sider whether additional runs or types of data would be required
by the R&D coordination function for the Agency.
2. We should get this to Briggs by the and of next week. Lets
discuss the runs which we now have scheduled or anticipated before
you start writing anything down.
