MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Discussion with
Representatives
1. 7came by to inquire
about possible projects on which they might work following
completion of their present tasks for OSI under an OCS con-
tract. They feel they have particular capabilities in bridging
between the electronics and the computer world where modeling
and analysis etc. , is required. They are also anxious to
retain their learances.
2. I told them that the Office of ELINT was the home for
most of the work in the area in which they were interested
and that FMSAC also had some interests, and suggested that
they might be able to arrange discussions with Director, OEL
and Director, FMSAC.
