The PICS' material is very interesting. I have
asked Rex to look at it; but I'm afraid we may have
trouble finding a way to exploit it in that, as
you probably know, there is a law which says that
we cannot effect employment actions which have
involved a payment of a fee. This, of course, harks
back to the days of selling Government jobs. May-
be, however, we could find some legal device by which
we could buy an advisory service. Lord knows, in these
times we have got to exploit every means available!
