Mr. _ of ORR visited the Repository.
The IBM Cards for use in logging limited pass/folders have been
delivered and arrangements have been made to put the system into
effect starting 22 October. This change will eliminate the manual
posting of approximately forty-five hundred entries per month from
the Guards Log to a special ledger sheet for each badge folder.
In a meeting with Mr. of OCR tentative 25X1A9a

for one of the branches of OCR~/w When the test branch has been
selected we will review the file to be converted, prepare specifi-
cations for a revised layout, and obtain cost estimates from the
supplier of the proper equipment,
