1 Resolved, That clause 1 of rule X of the Rules of the
2 House of Representatives is amended by inserting after
3 "the following standing committees:", the following :
4 " (a) Committee on Administrative Procedure and
5 Practice, to consist of members.", and subsections
6 lettered " (a) " through " (s) " are relettered (b) through
7 (t) , respectively.
8 SEC. 2. Rule XI of the Rules of the House of Repre-
9 sentatives is amended by inserting immediately preceduag
10 "1. Committee on Agriculture.", the following :
11 "1. Committee on Administrative Procedure and Prac-
12 tice."
