CRAWFORD: "Almost since the day after the tragic death o. President John Kennedy, there's been speculation, rumor and doubt concerning the assassination. Books and article have been written expressing doubt about the Warren Commission conclusion. "The central theme in several books states that the bullet %iaich hit the President was not the'same bullet that hit Gover or John Connally. "These authors go on to say that x-rays and photographs of the autopsy have been suppressed, inferring that the pictures would contradict statements by the Warren Commission. "The x-rays and photographs taken. at the autopsy are now in the National Archives. "This morning I talked to.Allen Dulles, a member of the Warren Commission and former Director of the CIA." "Mr. Dulles, with the recent release of photographs and slides concerning President Kennedy's assassination, would you comment on the possibilities of a further investigation, or how you feel this may affect any decision by the President on the perhaps reinstatement of the Warren Commission?"
