China was advocated here last
night by Allen W. Dulles, di-
rector of the central intelli-
gence agency and brother of
-Secretary of State .Dulles.
He spoke before the. annual
meeting of the University of
.Chicago Law. School Alumni
association in the Morrison
,hotel. The tenor of his speech
was similar to. that delivered
by his brother Monday night
in the Conrad Hilton hotel.
Pleading for coolness,in crit-
ical times, he urged " avoid-
'ance of the kind of thoughtless
impatience or panic that could
'lead to ageneral atomic war."
