Attached are lists reflecting the names of people who
possess cable releasing authority at.both the OSA Signal
Center and the CIA Signal Center, It is Dr. Wheelon's hope
that these can be reduced as well as updated. I expect that
he will wish to review these lists at a staff meeting and in
a manner similar to his reviewing of security clearances..

Security Review meeting or on Thursday during the staff
