SUBJECT: Meetings with Bureau of the Bud
Representatives
1. At a rot-out senior staff meeting, the Director
issued the following instructions:
?Word is to be circulated at various levels of
the Agency that working sessions and briefings given
by Agency officers to BOB representatives are to
take place only after appointments have been made
by the BOB officers through the Agency's Office of
Planning, Programming, and Budgeting. A PPB
representative is to sit in on all such sessions.
Sessions of this kind are to take place in the PPB
Center rather than in individual Agency offices."
2. It is the desire of the DD/S&T that a member of the
DD/S&cT Plans and Programs Staff attend any working sessions
or briefings given by DD/S&T officers to BOB or PPB repre-
sentatives. Any arrangements of this nature should be
chocked with Mr. to assure that
proper coordination of the exercise has taken place.
