SUBJECT: Combined Program Call
1. Reference is made to my memorandum dated 15 December 1965,
subject "Program Planning, " with attachments.
2. This memorandum supersedes the reference. Attachment A
hereto does reflect consideration of Agency-wide planning goals and objec-
3. A combined program call has now been issued. It is the
implementation of a new Agency-wide programming and budgeting structure.
The mandatory response involves several substantial pieces of work. Those
that must be prepared at the Division level are:
a. FY 1967 Program Narratives (required details in Attachment
b. FY 1968-FY 1972 Program Plan Narratives (required details
in Attachment C).
4. Your narratives will be written at the level marked by an aster-
isk in Attachment A and will be inclusive of all work underway or proposed
associated with the fulfillment of the stated objectives. NRO-funded work
is to be included in the narratives.
