2. Enclosed (Attachment #5) for your convenience, is a
copy of a draft and yet unapproved Navy letter, subject:
25X1A "Requirement for Establishment of a Technical Service
Contract for Navy REWSON Effort" which was the subject of
reference A and the 11 July Navy representatives
25X1A meeting with Messrs. Carl Duckett
and Parangosky.
25X1A 3. in regard to paragraph 3, reference B,
25X1A OSA Security Officer, made a discreet Agency file
c ec on and ascertained that about twelve
25X1A people of that company hold Agency TOP SECRET clearances,
apparently in conjunction with an Agency Office of Logistics
matter.

ing the informal Navy request for support noted in Attachment
#5.
