SUBJECT: Hughes Aircraft Corporation Contract
Amendment for OSA IDEALIST Requirement
1. Reference is made to your current contract #JM-1941
with Hughes Aircraft Corporation.
in order to develop a digital computer vulnerability
program for the IDEALIST vehicle which will utilize the Hughes
High Altitude Aircraft Simulator and Project I3-99 efforts, it
is requested that you amend the reference contract.
3. It is further requested that you set up a meeting
among Hughes Aircraft, IDEALIST Division, OSA, Automation
Division, OSA,and your personnel during the week of 31 January
1966 for discussions regarding duration and generation of the
work statement contract costs.
