AB_F_3200, and effective 15 July 1966, you are authorized
to proceed with the performance of this Task Order No. 11
to said contract.
2. The Scope of Work to be performed under this Task
Order and such additional provisions as may be applicable
are set forth in the attacped Schedule.
3. The Contractor shall be paid for the satisfactory
performance of this Task Order the fixed price amount of
$4,980.56.
4. Upon your execution of all copies of this Task
Order No. 11, please return the original and one copy to the
undersigned and retain the remaining copy for your files.
