1. Attached herewith is our report on our Latin American trip.
2. Section 3 of the report, Availabilit And Sources Of Publications
In Latin America (pp. 3.1-12). and Tab A, which is.a detailed breakdown
of the most useful bookstores which we visited in the area, have been
left unclassified, so that they may receive wider distribution within
PROCIB and other interested agencies.
3. Page l5a in the section on Procurement of Chinese Communist Publications
deals with their clandestine procurement. is page is being given only
limited distribution; it is not included in the copies of this report
which are given mare general distribution.
4. Tab B of this report sets forth our general evaluation of the performance
of each of the Publications Officers in the countries we visited. It
also is being given only limited distribution and is not included in the
general distribution of this report.
