Receipt of your letter dated 29 April 1966 is acknowledged. It is
noted that the Government will not file applications for patents on
Invention Disclosures Nos. 5072-1 and 5062-1. As successors in title
not participate in any decisions regarding what patent action might be
taken in regard to the subject disclosures. We would like. to further
investigate the potential patent protection that might be afforded for
Invention Disclosure No. 5072-1.

Since no title has as yet passed to the Government under the Patent
Rights Clause No. 16, Subparagraph (B), INTL
Inc. by this letter preserves its rights to file a patent application on
Invention Disclosure No. 5072-1 should further investigation so dictate,
and to release Invention Disclosure No. 5062-1 to the invention under
the conditions set forth in your letter.
Accordingly, we are proceeding to take the foregoing action with regard
to both disclosures on the basis of this understanding.
