1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 2 to Contract
No. NOW-64-0387 entered into between the parties hereto as of
29 March 1965.
2. By this Amendment No. 2 and in compliance with PART
VI - RETROACTIVE PRICE REDETERMINATION AFTER COMPLETION, the
final price as negotiated between the parties is
