SUBJECT: Contract CS-1912
1. called today regarding final documenta-
tion on asc rcers 4 and 8 requested by Finance. During the
discussion, it, developed that such final documentation had
not been required on the remaining Task Orders in the group
1 through 14. It was mutually decided, in view of the long-
term past and probable future life of the contract that it
would be in the best interests of both the Government and the
Contractor to treat each Task Order under this contract as a
separate contractual entity to be closed as such on completion
of each Task Order. Accordingly, the, contractor agreed to
furnish one consolidated set of completion documents on all
Task Orders in group 1 through 14, notwithstanding that all
such Task Orders other than 4 and 8 have already been settled
by Finance. When this documentation is received the net amount
due the contractor for Task Orders 4 and 8 may then be paid.
