1. This Directorate submits to the White House an
annual report of progress made in carrying out recommendations
made by the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board
(PFIAB). In order to provide material for the report due in
ate August, your thoughts and statements on the below listed
items are requested? Material which reflects additional
zccomplishments or facts should be provided and may, subject
to approval of the DD/S&T, be included in our report,
