The
Board discussed the proposed "seminars" and decided
that
the
first such meeting will be held on 17 September
1964
at
2:00 p.m. in Room GA-13. The presentations will be
made
by
the Office of Communications and will deal with
"communications security."
3. In addition to the seminar topics listed at the last
meeting of the Board, the following subjects will constitute
the basis for future presentations:
(a) Project (message automatic switching
system) 0/C.
(b) Automatic data processing - OEL
(c) Quality Elint program - OEL

(d) Second collection site - OEL
(e) Wall thickness and penetration problem - TSD
4. The next meeting of the Board will be held on 1 October
1964 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 3E-13.
