le By reference (a) the Bureau of Naval Weapons provided funds for
machine accounting equipment to be used by Mobile Intelligence Production
Unit$ Atlantic (MIPULANT), The expected delivery date of this equipment
is 1 February 1961a The first project to be-accomplished is the
cataloguing of documents presently held* using the revised Intelligence
Subject Code (ISC) System developed by CIA,, STATINTL
20 It is requested that the services of of the
documents division be made available to T for a period of seven
to ten days in early Februarys The purpose of such assistance would be
to provide general indoctrination to assigned personnel' to explain the
use of the ISC system and to assist in the development of the system. STATINTL

orientation and an explanation of the scope of the materials to be STATINTL
