P IM: The AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY PANEL is in the 3rd and final day of its
25X1A first meeting. The first day was spent in administrative processing
and orientation on CIA and ORR organization, mission and functions
by Mission and functions of the Materials
Division and of the Food and Agriculture Branch of D/M were discussed
by respectively. The second day was spent
on specific problems involved in producing intelligence reports by
the Food and Agriculture Branch. Today's session will be a continu-
ation with the opportunity for the Panel to have its own private
session.

Various members of D/M ATTENDED a MOVIE ON "LIZRA TED CHINA" shown
in Room E-23,9 Building alt. (1-1/2 bra)' (1 May)
Mr. TALKED WITH Mr. Wood, G-2, RB3ARDING the future work on
DISTRIBUTION FIDW OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS IN THE SOVIET BLOC. Mr.
Wood advised that G-2 is very much interested in this subject. It
is believed that the Petroleum Branch, D/M, can develop tentative
flow diagrams by 1 September. 1952. (I/1 hr) (1 May)

COMMITTEE ON POPULATION AND MANPOWER, WITICH WAS DEVOTED CHIEFLY TO

FUNCTIONS OF THE EIC AND the PRELIMINARY SURVEY TO BE UNDERTAKEN
