Thank you for your letter of 14 November concerning
I have learned that I I visited the Agency's offices
last August to discuss his interest in service with us. He pro-
vided us at that tlas with a brochure describing his background
and experience and this material was reviewed in light of our
requirements for personnel. Nowever,, there appeared to be no
opportunity for taking advantage of his generous otter and he was
advised of this in a letter dated 18 Septemter 1961.
