This is to advise that Assistant Director
William C. Sullivan has been designated by me to
replace Mr. Alan H. Belmont as the :Federal Bureau
of Investigation representative on the United States
Intelligence Board. This change is necessary as a
result of the additional duties Mr. Belmont has
assumed in his new position as Assistant to the
Director.
In addition to Mr. Sullivan obtaining the
special clearances needed as my representative on
the United States Intelligence Board, it is my desire
that Tr. Belmont in his new assignment retain the
special clearances previously afforded hint as the
Federal Bureau of Investigation representative on
the United States Intelligence Board.
