1. There are no official Soviet or Satellite representations in Chile,
Colombia, Cuba, RL Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Panama, Peru or U . In

occasionally at those given by missions other than the United States.
2. Diplomatic relations between Venezuela and the U.S.S.R. and Venesuej&
