Processed IAW CIA TREA arrangement letter dtd 4/11/08. Reference is made to your letter dated June 3, 1953, directed to Assistant Attorney General Warren Olney III, concerning the captioned matter. On the day of sentence of the United States Attorney agreed with the attorneys for the defendants that, after the information supplied by the defendants was checked, an evaluation of its completeness, accuracy and truth- fulness would be furnished to the United States Board of Parole, without recommendation. STAT STAT TTTnited States Attorney Oliver Gasch, District of Columbia, has been informed by Mr. Roger Robb, attorney for that the latterts STAT case will be eligible for consideration by the Parole Board in Mr. Robb has requested Mr. Gasch to furnish the Parole roar wit the evaluation referred to above, with respect to STAT I would appreciate receiving your final appraisal of the completeness, accuracy and truthfulness of the information supplied by the defendants to the Central Intelligence Agency, as well as any other material which may bear, favorably or unfavorably, upon their good faith in these interviews.
