Reference is made to your letter dated June 3, 1953, directed
to Assistant Attorney General Warren Olney III, concerning the
captioned matter.
On the day of sentence of
the United States Attorney agreed with the attorneys for the
defendants that, after the information supplied by the defendants
was checked, an evaluation of its completeness, accuracy and truth-
fulness would be furnished to the United States Board of Parole,
without recommendation.
