2. Commendation--Printing Services Division: Jack Smith called me to
express high praise for the Printing Services Division and the extraordinary job
of getting out a 500-page publication under emergency circumstances. He was
most grateful for the fine work and excellent quality of the work done. He plans
to write a memorandum to this effect.
3. Space Planning: Today I met with Messrs. Meloon and Blake and the
Planning Staff/OL to review space plans. I think the proposal will be ready
after some cost figures are added. The next step is to refine our recommendations
to Colonel White and Mr. Helms.
