DD/S 13 January 1966
1. 1 briefed the Executive Committee on the closing out of devised
funding accounts which are being exposed to possible compromise through
inquiries by David Wise.
2. Des FitzGerald stopped in and talked to me about the Security
Office briefing of the DCI on the personnel and physical security program.
Mr. FitzGerald did not wish any details of Jim Angleton's office to be
Included to which I fully agreed. Howard Osborn has responsibility for
organizing the briefing which should be ready in the near future. Mr.
FitzGerald advised he had one other idea on improvement of DD/P personnel
security in mind and I asked that he brief me on it as I am interested in this
program which has been developed through the years between the Office of
Security and the Cl Staff under Mr. Angleton.
