Four ti :s each yeas,, this Agency sponsors a training course
for its personnel. The total program consumes twelve hours and is
conducted on. four successive mornings. The presentations each
morning are given by some of the top men in the fields of intealli-
gencs and national policy. the past we have had the President
a Vice resident of the United States and persons of Cabinet
Since we do not have the facilities to conduct this type of
program, we nave in the past requested the use of the Department of
Agriculture Auditoria n. I hope that you will be able to grant us
the occasional use of these facilities.
In order to avoid conflicts the dates for our prograas are set
ivaance:. Our next course is scheduled from the 5th through
.ay. We usually attempt to got into the Auditori for
elg One hour on the Monday of the week when the progr as
conducted. If our use of the Auditorium at this period is
convenient to you the details can be worked out with the designated
official.
