The story of OCI publications - Designed to show how OCI has responded to its assigns missions and how Washington and world-wide subscribers have reacted to OCI's product. Included will be discussions of changing emphases in intelli- gence, in reader-interest, and in subscription lists. 2.. The White House relationship - The story of OCI',s growing contacts with the ite louse, handled statistically and substantively and reviewed from the point of view of formal and informal personal contacts, verbal and written briefings, special memoranda, and regular publications. 3. The watch and ward story The history of the Watch Office, S tua on Room, Opera ons Center, Indications Branch, National Indications Center, and Watch Committee in the context of OCI's mission to provide the most current intelligence possible. 5.
