SUBJECT : Survey of the Medical Staff
1. The attached survey sets forth for your consideration
conclusions, recommendations and supporting data on the Medical
Staff.
2. The Agency's medical program developed and supervised by
the Chief, Medical Staff has been soundly conceived and efficiently
and effectively implemented. A few relatively minor deficiencies
were noted and appropriate corrective action has been consolidated
in the form of recommendations for your approval. Forwarded here-
with is a memorandum for your signature which designates the Deputy
Director (Support) as Executive Agent for implementing these recom-
mendations and which requests that a report on the action taken be
rendered to you not later than 1 June 1955?
