With reference to the United States memorandum concerning duplicates
of Import Certificates (11th addendum of Annex 12 to COCC Document 407)
the Netherlands authorities inform the Committee that they agree with the
proposed uniform text for the duplicates issued to non-member countries.
The numbers of duplicate Import Certificates issued by the Netherlands
to non-member countries during the period January - September 1959 are as
