Japan, United Kingdom, United States.

1. The CHAIRMAN drew the Committee's attention to a Memorandum from
the United Kingdom Dele1gation (COCOM Document 4071) concerning the export of
museum exhibits to Poland. He invited Delegates to express their Governments'
views.
2. The UNITED STATES Dclegate stated that there had been insufficient
time for his authorities to complete their study of this case. He was thus
without instructions.
3. There were no objections from other Delegations.
4. The CHAIRMAN asked the United States Delegate to be good enough to
inform the United Kingdom Delegate of his position as soon as possible and also
to notify the Secretariat.
