1. Attached is a description for one (1) additional position to be
added to the OSI T/O for Projects AQUATONE and HT AUTOMAT. 25X1A9a
2. Pending approval of the requested position,
ELINT analyst, will be nominated to fill the additional slot. Since he will
be working on all phases of the Project, it is requested that he be given
clearances for AQUATONE and TALENT material.

manpower for the evaluation of Project ELINT data. Requirements for
complete and integrated studies of ELINT data taken from AQUATONE
operations have grown steadily in scope and importance while at the same
time necessary personnel reassignments have seriously impaired the
25X1A9a capabilities of ELINT Branch to provide the re uired sera ce . Tyhe
person nominated to fill the position,
qualified by training and experience to work on integrated ELINT evaluation
studies of AQUATONE data.
