1. Attached is a description for one (1) additional position to
be added to the OSI T/O for Project HT AUTOMAT.
2. In light of the recently acquired AQUATONE data of probable
high priority guided missile intelligence interest, it is re uested
that be TALENT cleared into Project HT AUTOMAT,
will be able to materially contribute to OSI assessment of the AQUATONE
data, and will be needed for the detailed studies warranted by the data
presently available.
