1. From your referenced memorandum, it is noted that you
intend to activate in accordance with the approved SOP
in order to meet theatre needs from Far East AQUATONE film
originally processed in the ZI.
2. No objection is interposed to the action which you intend
to take. As you suggest, in the event that a situation develops in
which initial processing is required would
then be in a position to meet that need.
