conies of the report to the Secretary of State by the
United States Delegation to the International Confer-
once on the Peaceful Uses of Atomic Ener.:_r held at
Geneva in Au,ust, 1955. The report summarizes the
United States participation in the Conference including
a report on each session of the Conference, prepared
by the U.S. representative most directly concerned
with the subject discr.csed. The classified 6u~,,-lement
i,e the basic report presents an evaluation of Soviet
capabilities as demonstrated at the Conference.
While this report was being prepared, a number of
offices in the Central Intelligence Agency expressed
an interest in obtaining copies. These offices were
GC, OSI (for A;ED), and OCR (for BR and the Library).
It would be appreciated if some of the attached
copies could be supplied to these offices, since the
total number available is limited.
