by PCS to for handling agency regulations is as
Draft Regulations:
One copy of each draft regulation is forwarded by
25X1A6a DDA./RCS to PCS in 1128 The undersigned will
out or arrange for office comment on these regulations by
date if such comment is appropriate or necessary. If

no comment is necessary, the draft will be so noted and filed.
The RCS will, lacking receipt of any comment from PCS by due
date on draft regulations. note this office as not commenting.
Finished Regulations:
