Adjustment in Chep?.er U Ccamitments
1. The Chapter IX Sub-)ca ittee herewith submits for NIS Caemtittee
consideration the follaving proposel.s concerning scheduling of Chapters ,
which were agreed. to by the Subcoam i t tee at a x eting held on 29 August 1958.
2. To compensate for the additional work load imposed upon the
ghapter ti contributors by the Chapter I Annual program, the NIBS
Chapter IX Subcommittee recommends for NIS Cc Aittee consideration the
alternate proposals: a) reduce the Chapter IX requirements from
t' o.1.' lowing
8 to 7 per year, or b) delete the Section 19 portion from future
c. hapter 1 Annuals -
3- If a change in the number of Chapters XX to be scheduled per
year is approved, the Subcommittee weecommaends that the Ff 1960 schedule
and the forecasts for I s _1961 and 1962 forwarded on 11 June 1958 for
NIS Committee consideration be revised as follows:
