A formal suspense system was established
in the Office of the Director on 1 September for actions assigned at
the morning meeting. Hence, I am uncertain as to the status of the
various actions assigned prior to that time.
I am attaching a list of all actions which have
been formally assigned at the morning meeting since the minutes
have been prepared in the new format. I am sure that action has
been completed on most of them. However, in order that we may
incorporate unfinished business in our suspense system, I should
appreciate very much your checking those items on which action
has been completed and giving me by 17 September a very brief,
informal note on the status of those items which are outstanding.
