gained from the different job titles for senior executives

Co naunications, there is a Director of Training (under I), and a
` ir+ector of Security run sr t.7/A). Similarly, there Is confusion in
having both an Assistant Director (Personnel) and. a Personnel Director.
a. the title of the Director of Training be changed to
Assistant - ctor for ?raintng, with corresponding change for
his deputy;
b. the Assistant Director (Personnel) be changed to
Assistant Director for Personnel, for uniforrstity, and the
title of Personnel Director be changed to fleputy Assistant
Director for Personnel;
ce the Director of Security t-* changed to Chief' of
:=ecurlty to correspond to other office heads under i'/A, who
are all designated an Chiefs.
3. As far as the x> >/I offices are concerned, all office heads
are Aseietent Directors, which appears to be correct. It is not
believed practical to make any changes in DD/P titles et vs time.
