1. In connection with your oral request for a report
on persons employed under my supervision who are incompetent
to perform their functions, the report is negative.
2. All employees in this office are well qualified for
the positions they occupy and performance in all cases is
good or better, and at the time of the last efficiency rating
the majority were rated quite properly as excellent.
