1. Reference in made to your request dated I August 1951 that
this Office give consideration to the assignment of a Legal Officer
as Aeror to the Aeiatinistration Staff, 080. It is agreed that the
complexities of current operations and numerous contractual and other
obligations involved may well warrant such an assignment on either
a fell or part time basis.
2. At the.prose nt time this office is not in a position to
make sueh a detail. There are certain proposed increases in the
staff of this office whic=h have been presented for approval. When
such increases have been approved, further consideration will be
given to your reequeesst. In the meantime it Is hoped that the loca-
tion of a part of our staff in "LO Building will fulfill your re-
quirements.
